Castlecare Program Details

Thank you for your interest in this Group Benefits Program designed by Bencom FSGI specifically for contractors who are customers of Castle Building Centres across Canada.

Program Requirements

• You must have at least three full-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week in order to join Castlecare.
• The program requires participation by all employees. However, an employee can waive Health and Dental coverage if they have equivalent coverage under a spousal benefit plan. In order to accept the waiver, we will require the name of the spouse's insurance carrier.
• Monthly premiums must be partially paid by the employer. The employer must contribute a minimum of 50% toward the total monthly cost.

If you have a current group benefits plan that does not match the Castlecare options available, we will make every effort to provide you with a quote that will closely match your existing coverage.
